The staff has been very helpful at every step, especially at answering the multiples questions I had and providing updates on manufacturing status and shipping. Everything arrived on time and as expected!! I’m very glad I didn’t buy a heavier doll, this one is on the light side compared to many other dolls and it’s still a bit challenging when you move her if you don’t want to hurt your back. Still love it. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else.
